DWP Work Programme - Specialist Provision

HTDC is in discussions with both the prime contractors (Ingeus and Seetec) that are delivering the DWP Work Programme in the East of England. Following our Routes to Work project there is a lot of interest in working with us. If your organisation can provide specialist interventions to support those on benefits to get into work, and would like to be added to our partnership, please let us know.

DWP ESF Families with Multiple Problems

HTDC is in discussions with a number of the potential prime contractors on the DWP Framework for the East of England. The programme will target families with at least one member on out of work benefits and with a history of worklessness. It will support participants to move closer to the labour market, enabling access to work or the work focused support of the Work Programme. Payment will be against progress measures and job outcomes. Families will be referred via the local authority.

DWP Innovation Fund

The DWP Innovation Fund aims to achieve improved employment and education outcomes for young people aged 14-24 with a particular focus on areas of high need and harder to help groups such as refugees, children in care/leaving care and children with learning difficulties or disabilities.
